Payment Security
Payments are securely processed using Stripe. Near Field Circuit does not directly handle or store your payment information.
License & Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, digital content, physical artifacts, and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Near Field Circuit. Purchasing an artifact grants the buyer a limited, non-commercial license to display the physical artifact and its associated digital twin solely for personal use. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercial use, or modification of any Near Field Circuit artifact or digital representation is strictly prohibited without prior explicit written consent.
Blockchain and Transaction Risks
Near Field Circuit utilizes the LUKSO blockchain network to enhance digital provenance and ownership transparency. While LUKSO generally has low transaction fees and reliable performance, Near Field Circuit is not liable for delays, errors, failed transactions, blockchain congestion, network outages, loss of funds, or any other blockchain-related issues beyond our direct control. Purchasers acknowledge that blockchain transactions inherently carry certain risks and accept full responsibility for these risks.
Network Fees and Risks
Currently, LUKSO blockchain transaction fees ("gas fees") are minimal; however, buyers remain solely responsible for any network fees incurred during blockchain interactions. Near Field Circuit disclaims responsibility for delays, failures, or financial losses resulting from insufficient or fluctuating network fees.
Indemnification Clause
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Near Field Circuit, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal fees), arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions, misuse or mishandling of Near Field Circuit artifacts, blockchain interactions, or any breach of applicable law or regulation.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to transactions, artifacts, digital assets, or interactions with Near Field Circuit shall be governed exclusively by the laws of South Australia. You explicitly consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia for dispute resolution purposes.
Should any dispute arise, parties agree to first seek resolution through direct negotiation. If resolution is unsuccessful after 30 days, either party may escalate the dispute to mediation or arbitration conducted in Adelaide, South Australia. Arbitration decisions shall be binding, confidential, and enforceable in courts of competent jurisdiction.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and only collect personal data necessary for processing your orders, providing customer support, and improving your experience. Each artifact is individually handcrafted; minor variations and imperfections are inherent to the handmade process and do not constitute defects. As this is a pilot edition, slight variations from rendered images—such as surface finish, gloss level, or detailing—may occur. These variations reflect the unique and exploratory nature of this limited-edition artifact.
Once an artifact has been shipped, it becomes the buyer's responsibility to track, receive, and collect the parcel from the postal service or courier. Near Field Circuit is not responsible for uncollected, returned, or lost-in-transit shipments. We recommend ensuring your shipping details are accurate and monitored closely.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
